Une has a Masters in Communications Management from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, and an Engineering Degree from PNG Unitech. He is a registered engineer with the PNG Institute of Engineers.
Prior to joining DataCo, Une worked with the NICTA (formerly known as PANGTEL) for over 13 years holding management roles including Director Licensing and Enforcement. Une brings in-depth knowledge and expertise in ICT policy analysis, regulatory processes, spectrum management, and business relationship management.
